The tournament, spearheaded by Mwea Member of Parliament Hon. Mary Maingi, seeks to identify and nurture sporting talent while promoting youth empowerment, discipline, and community cohesion through football. The event drew large crowds of supporters who turned up to cheer their favorite teams, reflecting the growing passion for sports across the constituency.

- Kiandegwa 3–1 Ngang’a
- Irrigation 1–0 Naivas
- Semi-Finals: Barcelona 0–1 Irrigation; Kiandegwa 4–3 Matithini
