Her presence added prestige and weight to the event, which drew a distinguished audience from both the business and political spheres.

Hon Ngirici, renowned for her relentless advocacy for economic empowerment, lauded the establishment of the New Paleah Millers as a bold and timely venture. She emphasized that the investment would not only enrich the Kenyan market with superior flour products but also generate vital employment opportunities, particularly for the youth in Thika and surrounding regions.

“This factory represents more than just industrial progress, it symbolizes hope, job creation, and food security for our people,” Hon Ngirici remarked passionately during her keynote speech. She further urged Kenyans to rally behind local manufacturers, stressing that strengthening home grown industries is pivotal to driving national development and self sufficiency.

The newly launched Lea Premium Flour is the latest product set to revolutionize the Kenyan flour industry. Known for its superior quality, freshness, and nutritional value, the flour is expected to become a trusted staple in Kenyan homes.

The grand occasion was also graced by Murang’a Governor Hon Irungu Kang’ata, who commended the Paleah team for their entrepreneurial spirit and promised to support the expansion of their distribution channels throughout Murang’a County and beyond.
