Tulivu Co-Working Space Launches in Nairobi CBD, Signaling Growth in Flexible Workspaces

The official opening of Tulivu Co-Working Space took place today in the heart of Nairobi’s Central Business District, unveiling a state-of-the-art, hospitality-led workspace located in the iconic former Hilton Hotel building. The launch was officiated by Dr. Anastacia Nyalita, County Executive Committee Member for Business and Hustler Opportunities, Nairobi County.

The new facility introduces a fresh perspective to Nairobi’s professional workspace landscape, catering to the growing needs of entrepreneurs, SMEs, corporates, and remote teams. Designed with a focus on productivity, wellness, and accessibility, Tulivu aims to bridge the gap between traditional offices and the evolving demands of today’s modern workforce.

Guests at the launch were taken on a guided tour of the expansive facility, which features fully furnished private offices, flexible coworking desks, soundproof boardrooms, a podcast and content creation studio, and a conference hall capable of hosting up to 10,000 guests.

“Today marks a new chapter in the way Nairobi works,” said Blessed Muthoni, Center Manager, Tulivu Co-Working. “We’re offering more than just office space — Tulivu is a purpose-built environment that combines functionality, design, and hospitality to support the modern professional.”

Strategically located on Mama Ngina Street, Tulivu offers businesses a prestigious CBD address along with flexible workspace options — from daily coworking passes and dedicated desks to private serviced offices and virtual office packages. The space is supported by a trained hospitality team and equipped with high-speed internet, smart boardrooms, AV-enabled meeting rooms, and concierge-style services.

Dr. Nyalita commended the initiative, stating:

“Nairobi County is committed to fostering a business-friendly ecosystem. The launch of Tulivu reflects the growing demand for innovative, adaptive workspaces that empower entrepreneurs and drive our city’s economic growth.”

Tulivu Co-Working’s entry into Nairobi’s workspace market comes at a time when hybrid work models and the rising demand for agile office solutions are reshaping how professionals work. With this launch, Nairobi continues to cement its position as a regional hub for flexible, business-ready environments.
