TCL Unveils 2025 TV and Audio Lineup in Kenya, Featuring Groundbreaking 115-Inch QD-Mini LED TV

By Njeri Irungu

Nairobi, Kenya – TCL Electronics, a global leader in consumer electronics and the world’s second-largest TV brand, has officially launched its highly anticipated 2025 range of televisions and audio products in Kenya. The new lineup is led by the remarkable 115-inch C7K QD-Mini LED TV, a record-breaking innovation set to redefine the standards of home entertainment in the region.

Alongside the flagship model, TCL also introduced the C6K, V6C, and T6C TV series, as well as a new range of soundbars under the Q Series and TP Series. These releases mark a significant step in TCL’s mission to bring premium cinematic experiences into Kenyan homes.

Speaking at the launch, Alvin Wang, Regional Head for TCL Middle East and Africa, highlighted the company’s focus on innovation and accessibility. He noted that the 2025 lineup is designed to revolutionize the television and audio experience for local consumers by incorporating some of the most advanced display and sound technologies available today.

The star of the event, the TCL 115-inch C7K QD-Mini LED TV, is the largest of its kind ever introduced in Kenya. It features over 2,000 local dimming zones, allowing for outstanding contrast and clarity, especially in high-dynamic-range scenes. Its CrystalGlow HVA panel enhances image quality from all angles, while the peak brightness of over 3,000 nits significantly improves HDR performance. The TV also integrates TCL’s All-Domain Halo Control technology, which reduces halo effects and delivers sharper images. Its use of QLED quantum crystal material and bionic color optimization ensures vibrant, lifelike visuals. This exceptional picture quality is complemented by an immersive ONKYO 4.2.2 sound system, bringing a theater-like audio experience into the living room.

The broader lineup also includes the TCL C6K TV series, which brings QD-Mini LED technology to a wider audience. These models offer over 500 dimming zones and feature an AI-powered picture processor alongside an ONKYO 2.1 audio system, making them ideal for both movie viewing and gaming.

TCL’s new audio offerings are equally impressive. The Q Series and TP Series soundbars cater to different user needs, from immersive cinematic sound to compact, space-saving designs. Among the highlights is the Q85H PRO soundbar, equipped with 7.1.4 physical surround channels and TCL’s proprietary RAY•DANZE technology. The Q75H model offers a 5.1.2 channel setup with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X support, while the more compact TP300K and TP200K soundbars still deliver rich, multidimensional sound.

With this comprehensive 2025 lineup, TCL is strengthening its position as a leader in the next generation of home entertainment. The combination of cutting-edge visuals, intelligent features, and powerful acoustics aims to meet the needs of movie lovers, gamers, and audiophiles alike.

The new televisions and soundbars are now available at select retailers across Kenya.
